Strategy, execution, and management of all marketing channelsContent development and distribution expertise spanning owned, earned, and paid digital channelsManage creative design work -- for web, video, social, print, events, etc. -- through relationships with agencies and freelancersCreate, deploy and measure social media campaignsLaunch and manage social media communities from ground upManage all paid acquisition channels - Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook and Twitter adsSupport non-digital marketing channels, such as conferences and print, for both consumer and B2B channels.
BA/BS or equivalent work experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications or Marketing Campaign Management.Must have a minimum of 3 years of in-house marketing or agency experience.Experience working in finance industry a MUST! Understanding of how to market in regulated environment is a PLUS.Entrepreneurial approach to marketing, with a track record of creative problem solving and executing successful campaigns with minimal resources.Evidence-based: loves to use data to design and manage marketing campaigns.High level of empathy: able to design marketing communications and campaigns that address the needs of healthcare consumers and patients.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong team / collaboration skills.
